Stove manufacturers' names and trade marks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. They are cited for the sole purpose of describing technical compatibility.
No affiliation
Flam is an independent application. It is not published, endorsed, sponsored or controlled by any pellet stove manufacturer, nor by any connectivity service provider. It communicates with manufacturers' online services using the credentials you supply, exactly as their own application would.
Flam replaces neither your appliance's warranty, nor its installation by a qualified professional, nor its statutory servicing.
Reporting content
Under article 6 of the French Act on Confidence in the Digital Economy, any content on this site that you consider unlawful may be reported to flam@99m.fr.
Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, write first to flam@99m.fr: the vast majority of disputes are resolved that way.
The Flam+ subscription is sold by Apple or Google, who are the sellers. Any refund request therefore follows their procedures, not the publisher's.
Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
