Before you subscribe
What happens at the end of the 10-day trial?
Nothing is charged: the trial does not ask for a card. The app simply reverts to the free version. You keep control of the stove and your schedule; you lose continuous monitoring, detailed statistics and the automations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your phone's settings, in the subscriptions section, like any other app. We cannot cancel on your behalf: Apple or Google handles the payment.
What stays free, for good?
Lighting, stopping, setting the target temperature and power, checking the stove's status and scheduling the whole week, with no time limit and no payment card. Flam+ only adds 5-minute monitoring, detailed statistics and the Flam Pilot and Eco+ automations.
The subscription is sold by Apple or Google, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from your phone's settings. We have no access to any payment data.
